How do I place an order?
Simply order through our website by adding your chosen flavour and size to cart and checking out. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your pickup details.
For catering or large orders, you can also order one of our catering tubs online, or feel free to DM us on Instagram @artisu.nz before ordering to check details.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders close at 10:00 PM every Tuesday per week.
This allows us to prepare every batch fresh with the quality Artisu is known for. Once orders close, we’re unable to accept late additions for that day. Please visit our Shipping and Order FAQs for more info.
Where and when can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available in Auckland at our designated pickup location (details provided in your confirmation email).
Standard pickup window is:
10:00AM to 12:00 PM only on your selected pickup date.
Please arrive within this time to ensure freshness and smooth service.
How should I store my tiramisu, and how long does it last?
Keep your Artisu tiramisu refrigerated at all times. It can be safely left in room temperature within 2 hours, to be consumed immediately or be chilled after 2 hours between 1-4 degrees Celsius for later consumption.
For best flavour and texture, enjoy within 2–3 days of pickup. Do not freeze, as it may affect the cream and texture.
Do you cater for events or large orders?
Yes! We offer catering tubs perfect for offices, parties, and celebrations.
For large or custom orders, please contact us at least 3–5 days in advance via DM or email so we can check availability and production capacity.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies or special diets?
Our tiramisu contains common allergens, including:
🥛 Milk (dairy), 🥚 eggs, 🌾 gluten (wheat), and 🌰 nuts (especially in flavours like Pistachio and Ube Queso).
While some flavours may not contain nuts as an ingredient, all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee they are free from traces.

- ❌ Not gluten-free
- ❌ Not dairy-free
- ❌ Not vegan
- ❌ Not suitable for severe allergy sufferers
If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can help you make an informed choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our tiramisu is made fresh to order in small batches, we’re unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds once your order has been confirmed.
If you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@artisu.co.nz or via Instagram @artisu.nz — we’ll do our best to help if production has not yet started.
What if there is an issue with my order?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order is incorrect or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your order number and photos, and we’ll review your case promptly.
Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
